Thanks to you, Steve and The Snug team for a fantastic installation of our wood burner. The guys were very professional and completed the job, on time and inside our agreed budget.

The wood that the Snug sells is definitely superior in quality to any we have previously used. It produces far less smoke and tar on the stove glass door but most importantly, far less is burned over the course of an evening. The logs burn much slower, and produce far more heat, and are consequently more economical. Obviously, the quick home delivery, and friendly local service are also big selling points.

Our stove is the best investment we’ve ever made. We’ve saved about £1200 on oil in less than a year.
